About the role

We are looking for a Business Support specialist to join our team in Kamayut. The role provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily business activities, handling customer inquiries, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and monitor service requests.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support scheduling and reporting.
• Assist with simple product‑related questions about GPS tracking and transport tools.

Required profile
