Operations & Strategy Associate – Relocation & Citizenship Pathway

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Associate to support daily operations and strategic initiatives while preparing for potential relocation to an English‑speaking country. The role offers hands‑on training in operations, business strategy and leadership within an international AI and security services company.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and contribute to strategic projects.
• Draft clear reports, proposals and strategy documents.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
• Learn international business practices and prepare for relocation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum B1 level English communication skills.
• Fast typing ability and proficiency with digital tools.
• Strong interest in business, strategy or administration.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

What we offer

• Base salary up to MMK 700,000 per month.
