About the role
The Assistant Sales Supervisor will support Nilfisk's sales team in managing spare‑part sales and ensuring smooth order processing. This role combines operational support, lead handling, and inventory coordination to meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day part sales activities.
- Act on sales leads received from customers and consignment sources.
- Process sales orders, generate quotations, prepare reports, and maintain the sales portal.
- Source and purchase spare parts from the stock market and inventory locator services according to demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sourcing departments to set appropriate seasonal inventory levels while minimizing slow‑moving or obsolete stock.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or completed secondary education.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with electrical devices or machinery.
- Strong communication skills for effective CRM usage.
- Experience in data management and reporting.
