Account Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mayangone. You will support daily store operations, supervise staff, coordinate work schedules and ensure a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store staff while managing shift schedules.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle cash, produce sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training team members and implement operational improvements under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or other customer‑facing roles with strong service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to supervise or coordinate teams, delegate tasks and support performance.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication, collaborative mindset and willingness to work weekends or extended hours.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, management or a related field is beneficial.
