About the role

The Assistant Digital Sales Channel & Planning Manager oversees bancassurance activities within digital channels, driving revenue growth, optimizing distribution, and strengthening partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for digital bancassurance aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead digital insurance sales to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely resolution of operational cases.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to optimise product offerings.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and execute digital sales and marketing strategies for online insurance distribution.
• Track, analyse and report on digital channel performance (traffic, leads, conversions).
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and IT teams to launch new insurance products and campaigns.
• Drive end‑to‑end customer journey digitisation from awareness to post‑sales service.
• Provide training to bank staff on insurance products and services.
• Implement risk management practices to minimise financial and reputational risks.
• Analyse data to identify improvement areas and optimise results.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
