About the role
Lead and inspire a high‑performing unit of Financial Advisors for Prudential Myanmar, delivering life insurance solutions with a customer‑first focus.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
- Deliver life insurance solutions while ensuring excellent customer service and persistency.
- Boost brand awareness through personal branding.
- Train, coach and motivate the team on sales techniques and insurance products.
Required profile
- Experience in financial services (life insurance preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
