Wholesale Manager – Fixed Line & Carrier Services

About the role

The Wholesale Manager will lead the Fixed Line and Carrier wholesale business across Myanmar, driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless connectivity for enterprise customers. Reporting to the Head of B2B, you will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pan‑Myanmar wholesale operations for large ISPs in Yangon, Mandalay and other towns.
• Design and implement solution architectures that provide optimal cost and SLA performance.
• Manage relationships with international bandwidth providers and service vendors.
• Achieve revenue and volume targets set in the wholesale AOP.
• Coordinate with Technology, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal and regulatory teams to ensure timely circuit deployment.
• Maintain and grow existing wholesale customer accounts.
• Drive collections and enforce revenue protection measures.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, identify roadblocks, and ensure on‑time delivery of initiatives.
