Warehouse Inventory Staff

About the role

The Warehouse Inventory Staff member is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and supporting smooth warehouse operations. This role ensures that inbound and outbound movements are tracked precisely and that inventory data remains reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and record daily inbound and outbound stock movements to achieve 100% data accuracy.
• Conduct routine physical stock counts and monthly inventory audits to eliminate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange delivery trucks and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities, maintaining safety and product integrity.
• Verify daily product inflows/outflows and prepare detailed stock status reports for customers and management.
• Prepare and process invoices, delivery orders, and other essential warehouse documentation systematically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma in logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory control.
• Prior experience in inventory or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook mail.
• Willingness and ability to learn new operations and warehouse inventory systems.
• Professional communication skills via email and strong teamwork abilities.
