Teleconsulting Doctor (Remote)

About the role

Trust Oo is seeking qualified medical doctors to join its telehealth projects as Teleconsulting Doctors. This position can be full‑time or part‑time and is performed remotely, allowing you to provide primary healthcare advice to underserved populations via phone and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tele‑consultations with patients, addressing health queries and providing guidance.
• Document each consultation accurately in the system.
• Utilise Trust Oo’s telehealth platforms, hotline, and mobile applications to deliver services.
• Follow clinical protocols and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the call‑center team to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Medical degree (M.B., B.S.).
• Genuine interest in tele‑consultation for primary healthcare.
• Strong communication and counseling abilities.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and expand medical knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
