Technical Support Engineer – Telecom Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our telecom team in Yangon. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our charging system, including CRM and billing modules, while delivering high‑quality support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Telecom Charging System, focusing on CRM and billing modules.
• Oversee deployment of telecom systems, identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide first‑class service to customers, ensuring a win‑win relationship.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure clear deliverables.
• Offer technical guidance and training to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of database business logic and Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly and innovate.
