Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the full recruitment cycle for junior to mid‑level positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines and supporting the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, talent databases, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone or video assessments to evaluate fit with skills, experience, and culture.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, calendar invites, meeting rooms, and virtual interview setups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a professional experience.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data and generate recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and detail‑orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
