Supply Chain Executive (Senior Strategic Leader)

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive is a senior, strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire Supply and Operations Planning function. This position aligns demand, supply, and financial plans to meet business objectives while managing key relationships with overseas partners and sister companies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s supply chain strategy to support overall business goals and partner commitments.
• Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement of raw and packaging materials from an overseas joint‑venture partner.
• Drive demand and order fulfillment, ensuring sales targets for partners and internal demand are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between local leaders (production, finance) and international partners.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance to secure consensus on supply chain plans.
• Present financial impacts of supply chain decisions and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience, including at least 5 years leading a robust supply chain function.
• Proven experience in international procurement, vendor relationship management, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial reconciliation.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.

• Experience using advanced planning software.
