Fleet & Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Fleet & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet, office equipment, and building systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations. This role combines administrative oversight with hands‑on maintenance coordination across all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire fleet, including vehicle usage records, trip itineraries, accident reports, fuel purchases and utilization tracking.
• Oversee office premises and equipment such as IT hardware, air‑conditioning, generators, furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain accurate manuals, repair histories and service records for all office assets.
• Supervise building systems (plumbing, electrical, ventilation) and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed.
• Provide technical advice and practical solutions to the team for facility and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the office environment.
• Support drivers and staff with vehicle administration, scheduling and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of deliveries and internal events.
• Prepare departmental budgets, invoices and procurement requests.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, checklists and training materials for fleet and facilities management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business or operations management.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Burmese and Japanese is an advantage.
