Senior Sales – IT Solutions (Japanese language required)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Sales professional to drive B2B sales of our IT systems and services in Myanmar. The role involves generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships while leveraging Japanese language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and online channels.
• Research potential customers and present the company’s IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve sales targets, produce forecasts and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B, IT, software or solution sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet sales targets.
