Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Myanlife is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth of its leisure services across Myanmar. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on acquiring new customers, nurturing key accounts, and delivering tailored leisure experiences to both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the leisure, hospitality and travel sectors.
• Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and prepare compelling proposals.
• Follow up on leads, meet or exceed revenue targets, and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to design attractive leisure packages and gather customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, monitor market trends and provide strategic input for business growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in client relationship management, customer service and account development.
• Ability to analyse market trends and contribute to sales strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience in leisure, hospitality, travel or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in local languages and good command of English; willingness to work on‑site and travel within Myanmar.
