Sales Representative

About the role

Proximity Designs is seeking 30 motivated Sales Representatives to promote its water‑pump products and related services to farmers across Upper and Lower Myanmar. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering timely support, and building strong relationships with rural customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories covering multiple townships.
• Provide farmers with product information, demonstrations, and full‑service support.
• Accurately record sales transactions, financial data, and reporting to managers.
• Identify farmer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal Crop Advisory teams to enhance service delivery.
• Communicate field observations promptly to relevant managers.
• Assist sales and office managers with operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Strong interest in agriculture or sales.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with farmers.
• Goal‑oriented and able to meet defined objectives.
• Effective negotiation and market‑research skills.
• High digital literacy.
• Proficient motorcycle driver with a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate according to organizational needs.
