Senior Network Engineer – Technical Services

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Technical Services team. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring client solutions meet Service Level Agreements while handling installations, break/fix events, and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own larger portions of network installations and low‑to‑medium complexity break/fix incidents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve problems and troubleshoot network issues, escalating complex cases to third‑party specialists when needed.
• Document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during operational handover.
• Maintain project administration, including time capture and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver elementary presentations to customers and support senior resources on specialized technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
• Professional‑level certifications in networking (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
• Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering for networking technologies.
• Demonstrated client‑service orientation and strong verbal communication skills.
• Proactive learning attitude and ability to work on‑site.
