Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media)

About the role

A Yangon-based service industry company is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Digital Marketing Executive through its recruitment partner, Myanora Talent Hub. The role takes full ownership of the brand's digital presence: creating social media content, designing visuals and running targeted campaigns to drive engagement and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce digital content and copy across platforms, and build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Create social media posts, banners, carousels and short video/Reel content, and manage day-to-day social media operations and community engagement via Meta Business Suite and other channels.
• Plan, run and optimise online ads to raise brand awareness and support lead generation.
• Track and analyse campaign performance with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to improve reach, engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy or content design.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Yangon in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong content writing and storytelling with audience-first messaging.
• Social media design and tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, graphic design software and Canva.
• Digital campaign planning, performance analytics and lead generation.
