Senior Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead inventory audit initiatives across our warehouses and retail locations in Myanmar. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on physical and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead inventory audits at multiple warehouse and retail sites.
• Conduct physical and cycle stock counts and reconcile system records with actual stock.
• Investigate stock variances, identify control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review compliance with SOPs such as GRN, GIN, Delivery Orders, and stock transfers.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors throughout audit cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, preferably with a focus on warehouse or inventory audits.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Myanmar.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
