Account & Finance Executive

About the role

The Account & Finance Executive will join REGAN Travel Services in Thingangyun to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate transaction recording, ledger maintenance, and compliance with tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST or similar tax frameworks.
• Respond to finance‑related inquiries from internal teams.
• Assist in process improvements for financial workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong foundation in finance with ability to prepare and interpret financial statements.
• Experience in financial reporting and periodic reporting documentation.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including spreadsheet modeling.
• Basic financial modeling capabilities.
