Senior Associate – Networking Technical Services & Systems Integration

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Networking Technical Services, you will become a subject‑matter expert responsible for delivering client solutions in line with Service Level Agreements. You will configure, install, and resolve break/fix events while progressing toward professional networking certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Own larger portions of installations and low‑to‑medium complexity break/fix incidents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues during projects, escalating complex cases to third parties when needed.
• Document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during operational hand‑over.
• Maintain project administration, including time capture and stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver elementary presentations to customers and support senior resources on specialized technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing or a related field.
• Professional‑level networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP) or willingness to obtain them.
• Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering for networking technologies.
• Experience engaging with clients, delivering presentations, and performing troubleshooting.
