Senior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

The Senior Associate Financial Accountant will support routine financial reporting, month‑end close, and balance‑sheet reconciliations while developing expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare routine financial reports, journal entries and month‑end accounting activities.
• Assist with balance‑sheet reconciliations, cost, productivity and margin reporting.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis for business units.
• Help implement and monitor financial controls, including system reconciliations and regulatory compliance testing.
• Collaborate with accounts‑receivable, loan and bank account processing, and credit vetting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Moderate experience in financial accounting within a global organization.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling stressful situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial accounting software/systems.
• Experience preparing journal entries, month‑end close and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to perform budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
