About the role
We are seeking a senior administrative professional to oversee the company’s fixed‑asset records and property control functions in Mandalay.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update fixed‑asset registers and conduct regular inspections and inventory checks.
- Monitor asset condition, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and track movements, transfers, and disposals.
- Prepare asset reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience in asset/property control or administration.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and responsible.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excel.
