About the role
KBZ Bank is seeking an Assistant to support daily operations at its Hpakan branch. The role involves providing administrative support, handling documents, and assisting customers to ensure smooth branch functioning.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain branch documents and records.
- Prepare basic reports and handle routine correspondence.
- Assist visitors, respond to inquiries, and support customer service activities.
- Perform scheduling, data entry, and record‑keeping tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to an efficient banking environment.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Clear communication and professional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a branch team.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business or finance is an advantage.
