Senior Account Manager (IT Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive new client acquisition and deepen relationships with existing banking customers. You will work with Myanmar’s leading banks, telcos, fintechs and enterprises, delivering IT infrastructure and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Win new clients in insurance, micro‑finance, healthcare, manufacturing and the public sector.
• Grow banking accounts as a trusted advisor through cross‑selling, upselling and renewals.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial meeting to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Collaborate with global technology partners such as Oracle on joint opportunities.
• Own your pipeline, forecasts and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, business development or account management (system integrator experience preferred).
• Proven record of winning new clients and meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT: infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases and managed services.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a sense for pricing and margins.
• Fluent in Burmese and English; existing relationships with Myanmar banks are a plus.
