Sales & Marketing Representative – Mental Health Sector

About the role

ADORE Mental Wellbeing & Care is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand its community mental health services. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a youth‑led, supportive environment while promoting emotional wellbeing programs to businesses and NGOs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate, NGO, and business partners interested in ADORE’s services.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and record all outreach activities.
• Introduce the Emotional Wellbeing Program (EWP) via phone, email, or in‑person meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and ADORE’s senior team members.

Required profile

• High school or university graduate; business, marketing, or psychology background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, confident speaking.
• Proficiency in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent Myanmar language skills and basic English for email correspondence.
• Eagerness to learn, meet targets, and grow professionally.
