Sales Capability Manager

About the role

The Sales Capability Manager will lead the design and delivery of capability programs that elevate sales performance across Myanmar. Working closely with sales leadership, you will embed best‑in‑class ways of working, drive productivity improvements, and support the commercial strategy of a leading FMCG organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Sales Capability roadmap aligned with regional and global frameworks.
• Design and roll out programs such as the HEINEKEN Way of Sales, sales routines, tools, and event‑based training.
• Conduct training needs analysis, deliver in‑market coaching, and ensure consistent execution of PICOS and Perfect Outlet standards.
• Leverage data and digital tools to identify capability gaps, promote adoption of sales systems, and monitor performance metrics.
• Partner with sales leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Manage learning partners, track ROI, and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, high resilience, and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Myanmar language and proficient in Business English.
