Revenue Assurance Operations Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Operations Specialist is responsible for protecting the company’s revenue across all major streams, including Prepaid, Data, VAS and Network. This role develops and monitors fraud controls, validates product and price changes, and ensures compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and monitor control points and reconciliations for fraud detection on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Produce regular commentary on revenue assurance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Report revenue leakages related to fraud, projects, and assurance activities as per agreed frequency.
• Validate product launches, change management requests, and pricing adjustments.
• Act as the single point of contact between the co‑source vendor and internal teams for alarms, reconciliations, projects, and change management.
• Close L2 cases, handle customer complaints, and conduct root‑cause analysis for fraud incidents.
• Ensure compliance with control point targets and support risk assessment and audit processes.
• Drive automation, business process engineering, and transformation initiatives for revenue assurance.

Required profile

• Experience in revenue assurance, fraud control, and financial compliance within telecom or related industries.
• Strong understanding of prepaid, data, VAS, and network revenue streams.
• Ability to set SMART goals, monitor team performance, and motivate staff.
• Proven track record in managing audits, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal cross‑functional teams.
