Process & Product Management Analyst – Insurance

About the role

The Analyst (Process & Product Management) will support the development and enhancement of insurance products while improving core operational processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product strategies align with business goals and drive efficiency across claims, underwriting, and policy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating new insurance products and updating existing ones, maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Compliance and other teams to align product development with business objectives.
• Support project management activities for product launches and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze insurance processes (claims, underwriting, policy administration, customer service) to identify gaps, bottlenecks and risks.
• Develop optimized workflows, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain process documentation such as flowcharts, workflow and swim‑lane diagrams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in process management or process improvement, preferably within insurance.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Burmese, both written and spoken.
