Performance Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to design, implement and continuously enhance our performance management framework across all business units. The role will partner with leaders to set measurable objectives, drive KPI alignment and foster a culture of continuous feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s performance management processes and tools.
• Lead KPI setting, goal alignment and performance review cycles for all departments.
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness of performance evaluations.
• Monitor performance trends, generate data‑driven insights and present recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define measurable objectives and key performance indicators.
• Support managers with coaching, performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives.
• Analyse performance data and produce reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Promote a high‑performance culture through continuous feedback practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems, KPI frameworks and HR best practices.
• Experience managing projects and leading change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI.
