HR & Admin Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an HR & Admin Supervisor to lead our human resources and administrative functions at our Yangon office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting directly to senior management and ensuring smooth, compliant operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with Myanmar labour laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage office facilities, supplies and internal communications.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and assist management with administrative reporting.
• Supervise day‑to‑day administrative procedures to keep the workplace organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising HR and admin functions, preferably in a service‑oriented organization.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively at all levels.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Yangon and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
