Operation Executive

About the role

The Operation Executive will coordinate day‑to‑day logistics activities, including warehousing operations and documentation, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. This full‑time, on‑site position is based at the ZayGabar Compound in Mingalardon Township, Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve operational excellence while executing client contracts and implementing process improvements.
• Develop operational strategies and cost‑saving plans for sustainable business growth.
• Conduct regular client and supplier reviews to assess performance and compliance.
• Analyze data, perform root‑cause analysis on non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping standards and compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.
• Maintain timely processing of supplier and client invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in a warehousing and distribution environment.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in operations and team management.
• Good communication skills in English and Burmese.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
