Network Engineer – SOC & NPO (4G Optimization)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Network Engineer to join our telecom operations team as a SOC/NPO specialist. The role focuses on monitoring network performance, analysing key performance indicators, and troubleshooting issues across a 4G network to ensure high service quality for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse SOC KPIs to maintain stable network performance.
• Perform worst‑cell optimisation and resolve throughput problems.
• Analyse Call Detail Records (CDRs) to address VIP customer complaints.
• Lead end‑to‑end optimisation projects, including root‑cause analysis, solution design and reporting.
• Conduct Layer 3 signalling analysis and identify performance trends.
• Guide troubleshooting for typical issues and support overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering preferred; experienced candidates without a degree are also welcome.
• Minimum 5 years of RF/NPO experience.
• Strong knowledge of 4G optimisation and KPI troubleshooting (Accessibility, Mobility, Throughput, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
