Manager, P&C Operations & Total Rewards

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead People & Culture Operations and Total Rewards. You will be responsible for delivering payroll, compensation, benefits and HRIS services that align with business goals while ensuring compliance with Myanmar regulations and enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonuses and incentive programs.
• Manage salary budgeting, market benchmarking and annual increment planning.
• Design, review and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and equity.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, confidentiality and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, tax requirements and internal policies, maintaining audit‑ready payroll controls.
• Maintain accurate employee records and secure personnel files.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and government submissions.
• Act as functional owner of HRIS, driving digitalisation, automation, system accuracy and user adoption.
• Generate and analyse HR, payroll, workforce and Total Rewards reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in both Myanmar and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using HR analytics tools.
