License Owner / Operator – Yangon

About the role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner / Operator to launch and run its football platform in Yangon. You will lead the creation of a vibrant local football community, using a proven mobile‑app model to connect players and organise games.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the player base by promoting the platform and organising regular matches.
• Secure venues and develop partnerships with local sports facilities.
• Recruit, train and manage Official Hosts who run the games on the ground.
• Lead marketing initiatives and community‑building activities to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure a consistently high‑quality game experience for all participants.

Required profile

• Passionate football enthusiast with strong knowledge of the Yangon market.
• Self‑starter who enjoys taking full ownership of a business operation.
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead a local community.
• Motivated to create lasting impact beyond a conventional job.
