Learning & Development Associate

About the role

The Learning & Development Associate supports the organisation's talent growth by coordinating training programmes, managing learning platforms and ensuring accurate documentation of all learning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate training sessions, handling venues, equipment, materials, attendance records and post‑training reports.
• Administer the Learning Management System and other learning platforms, including course assignments and content uploads.
• Monitor employee learning progress and completion status, generating relevant dashboards.
• Process training‑related payments, contracts and purchase requests.
• Promote learning initiatives through internal communication channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, reports and databases.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Graduate degree of any discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
