IT Account Manager

About the role

The IT Account Manager will be the primary liaison between our technology solutions firm and its B2B clients, building trusted relationships and aligning client objectives with our IT services and cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted IT advisor, conducting regular check‑ins to monitor service satisfaction and evolving technology needs.
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities, upselling cybersecurity, cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades and managed services.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing updates and ensure high client retention.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with decision‑makers to present performance metrics and plan future IT roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and handle escalations.
• Proactively address client concerns to prevent churn and maintain high Client Lifetime Value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven B2B IT account management, tech sales or client success experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and ability to convey technical solutions to C‑level executives.
