Head of Retail Operations – Fuel Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Head of Retail Operations to lead all company‑owned retail shops and branches within the fuel sector. The role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all retail branches.
• Drive sales growth, revenue and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, stock control and operating costs.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Lead and develop Retail Shop Managers and retail teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, safety and store presentation.
• Prepare operational reports and implement business improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail operations or multi‑branch management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales management, inventory control and cost management.
• Experience in convenience stores, supermarkets or fuel station retail operations is an advantage.
