Information Communication Technology Administrator

About the role

Lat Twae Education is seeking a full‑time remote Information Communication Technology Administrator to maintain and support its IT infrastructure. The role ensures reliable access to online learning platforms and communication tools for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage servers, operating systems, user accounts and IT assets.
• Monitor network performance, handle routing, switching and security configuration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for remote users.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, perform data backup and recovery, and oversee cloud‑based learning tools.
• Coordinate system upgrades, documentation and vendor relationships to keep technology operations stable and efficient.

Required profile

• Strong system administration and IT background with experience in managing operating systems and user accounts.
• Solid technical support and troubleshooting abilities for remote environments.
• Knowledge of network administration, including basic routing, switching and network monitoring.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, data backup/recovery and cloud‑based platforms.
• Effective communication skills, clear documentation habits and ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in IT or computer science; experience in an educational or training setting is a plus.
