Business Analyst (Mid Level)

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications, supporting the delivery of software, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Translate requirements into BRDs, FRS, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.
• Analyze existing processes and design optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support project planning, estimation, scope management, and change request impact analysis.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with software development, ERP, CRM, digital transformation or SaaS projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
