Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assemble, lead, and motivate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to keep the project aligned.
• Track progress using Agile or other methodologies and provide regular status reports.
• Monitor risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field (master’s or PMP a plus).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Proven experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
