Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team at our headquarters in Hlaing Thar Yar. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from vacancy approval to onboarding.
• Prepare and post job announcements across multiple channels.
• Coordinate internal and external announcements for new hires.
• Collaborate with agencies, universities and institutes for talent sourcing.
• Perform background checks, reference verification and handle job offers and salary negotiations.
• Conduct employee orientation, manage onboarding paperwork and exit clearances.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records and HR databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or relevant HR certification.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record sourcing junior to mid‑level professional roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
