HR Team Leader – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

The HR Team Leader (Compensation & Benefits) will oversee the end‑to‑end payroll and settlement processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining comprehensive employee records. This role supports daily C&B operations and collaborates closely with HR teams to uphold compliance and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process final settlement payments and verify calculation accuracy.
• Manage and administer SSB‑related matters.
• Update attendance, leave, resignation and dismissal records for EC and PB employees.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee information in the HR information system.
• Prepare HR reports and provide operational support for compensation and benefits activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, compensation & benefits, or payroll.
• 1–2 years experience with Global TA software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SSB, attendance, leave and final settlement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Global TA software.
