HR Operations Manager – Lead HR Digitalisation & Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR digitalisation and process excellence for a rapidly expanding healthcare group in Yangon. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee the full HR operations function, ensuring efficient delivery across administration, employee lifecycle, HRIS, compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise HR processes, workflows and digital tools to support the organisation’s growth.
• Maintain accurate employee data and manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Oversee HRIS administration, generate HR reports and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Partner with department heads on performance management, employee engagement, learning & development and policy implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed HR governance standards across the business.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least four years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HRIS, policy development and compliance.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
