HR Executive – Recruitment & Selection

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive specialized in recruitment and selection to manage the full hiring lifecycle for both head‑office and retail/showroom positions. The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience while meeting the manpower needs of various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from manpower request to onboarding.
• Post vacancies on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Viber and other channels.
• Source, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews aligned with job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
• Support recruitment activities for head‑office and retail/showroom roles.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection or a similar HR role.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
