Head of Sales

About the role

5BB Broadband is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its commercial team, accelerate growth and strengthen its market position. The role will oversee sales strategy, drive performance across multiple channels and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new sales strategies and growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
• Strengthen sales execution across multiple channels.
• Identify new market opportunities and translate them into measurable business results.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and other departments to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Provide clear sales insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in sales, commercial, marketing or business leadership.
• Proven track record of consumer‑focused sales and revenue growth.
• Extensive experience leading and developing large sales teams.
• Hands‑on, target‑oriented mindset with strong commercial thinking.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, FMCG, retail or other large‑scale consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong Myanmar and English communication skills.
