Associate, Field Sales

About the role

As an Associate in Field Sales you will drive growth of foodpanda’s delivery app by acquiring new restaurant partners across Yangon. You will act as the brand’s local ambassador, building relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers for the delivery app within the assigned territory.
• Monitor local competitors and industry trends to keep the app competitive.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective restaurant partners as a brand ambassador.
• Onboard new clients, set up accounts, explain app functionalities, and address initial concerns.
• Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Track and report sales performance, providing regular updates to the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in technology, app services, or delivery (1‑3 years).
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude with familiarity in sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Good knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
