Head of Partnership Distribution

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Head of Partnership Distribution to lead and expand its Banca channel. The role will be responsible for driving sustainable sales, profitability and partnership value by building strong relationships with banks and ensuring consistent execution at the branch level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Banca strategies and business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Shape and manage strategic partnerships with banks, including joint planning, sales targets, campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end Banca sales performance, translating strategy into actionable execution plans across branches.
• Monitor branch operations, staff behaviour and customer flow to ensure disciplined tracking and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with bank management, influencing them to prioritize insurance alongside core banking KPIs.
• Design, launch and optimise joint Banca campaigns, balancing growth objectives with cost discipline.
• Lead, coach and develop the Banca team, enhancing capabilities in sales execution, negotiation and partnership management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing bank distribution or partnership channels, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong track record of delivering sales targets and profitability in a B2B environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior bank executives.
• Analytical mindset to review market trends, competitor activity and adjust strategies proactively.
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
