Head of HR and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Our client, a diversified organization operating in Yangon, Myanmar, is seeking two senior HR leaders: a Head of HR and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Both roles will drive HR strategy, talent acquisition and people initiatives across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, talent pipeline development, agency management and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to meet workforce requirements and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Provide overall HR leadership covering strategy, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and organizational development.
• Work closely with senior management to strengthen HR governance, people capability and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR leadership or talent acquisition within diversified groups such as FMCG, retail, distribution, healthcare or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and support fast‑paced or multi‑site organisations.
• Solid background in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and organisational development.
