Graduate IT Program – IT Assistant

About the role

This Graduate IT Program is designed to develop the next generation of IT and business leaders within a banking environment. Participants will rotate between the IT Infrastructure and Application Management groups, gaining hands‑on experience in both operational and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through the IT Infrastructure Group, supporting on‑premises data centers, public cloud services, WAN and LAN networks.
• Assist the Application Management Group with enterprise applications such as core banking, payment, regulatory reporting, internet and mobile banking, databases, servers, websites and APIs.
• Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives and operational tasks across the IT department.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports in both English and Myanmar languages.

Required profile

• Myanmar national with no criminal record and a clean health check.
• Graduated within the last three years with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• Less than three years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Myanmar, able to present and write reports in both languages.
• Professional demeanor, teamwork, initiative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Extracurricular, volunteer or professional certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
